Roll-Over Systems

Retractable Tarp’s Basic Roll Over system is a simple and effective coverage option for high volume tippers.
This side-to-side system is manually driven from the rear of the body, spooling the tarp material onto a body-length roll tube.
Operation of the system is assisted with an armless inner tension spring. OR through rugged, spring-loaded supporting arms that provide even pressure and additional lift over high loads.
Ensuring the maximum quality and durability of all components. Manual kits are also interchangeable with Roll Rite’s automated arm systems and Retractable’s own compact right angle drive arms. Keeping the tarp modular and flexible to your needs.

  • Right Angle Drive Arms

    The Right Drive arm system has been designed and tested for maximum durability in the harshest conditions. All while providing a package that is up to 68% tighter against your tipper’s headboard, compared to other single-arm setups. Available in both hydraulic and electric drive with a wide range of control options for every situation. Both styles of arm supply an industry leading torque of up to 330 Nm.

    During testing, the Right Drive arm was loaded to cut off over 58000 times. Proving the durability for this new player in the market.

  • Single Rollover Arm Systems

    The single electric 90 degree drive setup comes in remote and in-cab switch versions and also can be used in conjunction with our standalone electric kits. With a super heavy duty ultra durable gearmotor and right angle gearbox, you can tarp your trailer from the comfort of your truck. The right angle 90 degree gearbox is the slimline version of the single arm system for when you need to keep the arm tight behind the cab.
